Lesson 20
Jesus Christ, the Lord of Righteousness Pt 2
by Lawrence DeMetrius
And it came to pass after this, that his name <Enoch>, was raised aloft to that Son of Man and to The Lord of Spirits from amongst those who dwell on the earth.
And he was raised aloft on the chariots of the spirit and his name vanished from among them. And from that day I <Enoch> was no longer numbered among them: and He sat me between the two winds, between the North and the West,
where the angels took the chords to measure for me the place for the elect and righteous. And there I saw the first fathers and the righteous who from the beginning dwell in that place <Paradise in Sheol per Eno 22:9, 10; Lk 23:43>.
[Eno 70:1-4]
And with them The Head of Days, His head white and pure as wool, and His raiment indescribable.
And I fell on my face, and my whole body became relaxed, and my spirit was transfigured; and I cried with a loud voice, with the spirit of power, and blessed and glorified and extolled.
And these blessings which went forth out of my mouth were well pleasing before that Head of Days.
And that Head of Days came with Michael and Gabriel, Raphael and Phanuel, thousands and ten thousands of angels without number.
{Lost passage wherein the Son of Man was described as accompanying the Head of Days, and Enoch asked one of the angels <as per Eno 46:3> concerning the Son of Man as to Who He was.}
And he <the angel> came to me and greeted me with his voice, and said unto me: This is the son of man Who is born unto righteousness, and righteousness abides over Him, and the righteousness of the Head of Days forsakes Him not.
And he said unto me: He proclaims unto thee peace in the name of the world to come; For from hence has proceeded peace since the creation of the world, and so shall it be unto thee forever and forever and ever.
And all shall be length of days with that Son of man, and the righteous shall have peace, and an upright way in the Name of The Lord of Spirits forever and ever.
All shall walk in His ways since righteousness never forsaketh Him: With Him will be their dwelling places, and with them their heritage, and they shall not be separated from Him forever and ever and ever.
[Eno 71:10-16]
And I saw till all the generations were transformed, and they all became white bulls; and the first among them became a Lamb, and that Lamb became a great animal and had great black horns on its head;
and The Lord of the sheep rejoiced over It and over all the oxen. And I slept in their midst: and I awoke and saw everything.
This is the vision which I saw while I slept, and I awoke and blessed the Lord of righteousness and gave Him glory.
[Eno 90:38-40]
Per the holy scriptures, Jesus Christ is the Chief High Priest and Minister of Yahweh. The Book of Hebrews notes,
Now of the things which we <the Original Apostles of Christ> have spoken this is the sum: we have such a High Priest, Who is set on the right hand of the throne of The Majesty in the heavens;
A Minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which The Lord pitched, and not man.
[Heb 8:1, 2]
Jesus Christ the man is also the ultimate personification of Yahweh’s Word, by which all things are created and consists. Apostle John writes,
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory, (the glory as of the only Begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
[Jn 1:1, 14]
Apostle Paul writes,
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son:
In Whom we have redemption through His Blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
Who is the image of the invisible God, the Firstborn of every creature:
For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in the earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him:
And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.
[Col 1:12-17]
Christ is the chosen and appointed Messiah, Who was sent by Yahweh to be the propitiation for the sins of all mortal spirits. Apostle John writes,
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
And He is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
[I Jn 2:1, 2]
Christ's Advent, His mortal existence and self-sacrifice were the greatest gifts offered to mortals by Yahweh. THE LORD did so because of HIS great love for them. Apostle John writes,
In this was manifested the love of God toward us because that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
[I Jn 4:9, 10]
Concerning Yahweh's great love for sin flawed mortals, and HIS desire to reconcile them to eternal favor and fellowship with HIM, Apostle Peter writes,
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness, but is long-suffering to us-word, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
[II Pet 3:9]
Apostle Paul writes,
And all things are of God, Who hath reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given us the ministry of reconciliation
To wit <understand>, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
[II Cor 5:18, 19]
When Christ Jesus completed His mission on earth, He officially became Yahweh’s First Begotten Son, and received of HIM the status and titles of Lord, Savior and Master Teacher, to all who were predestined to become sons of God. From Genesis to Revelation, the ancient writs from Enoch to Jesus Christ and His Original Apostles, tell of His Person and purpose. This is why it is imperative to effectively study these writs for accurate translation and interpretation. Apostle Paul writes,
Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
[II Tim 2:15]
The knowledge one acquires therefrom, makes and keeps them free from lying persuasions and consequences for embracing them. The Lord Jesus said,
If ye continue in My word, then are ye My disciples indeed;
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed
[Jn 8:31, 32, 36]
From the very concept of humankind, Christ has delighted in and was prepared for their defense against the enemy, who would come to passionately hate and strive to utterly destroy them. King Solomon writes,
Then I was by Him, as one brought up with Him, and I was daily His delight, rejoicing always before Him;
Rejoicing in the habitable part of His earth; and My delights were with the sons of men.
[Pro 8:31]
All other alleged remedies of spiritual regeneration are void of the power required to reconcile mortal spirits to favor and oneness with Yahweh. The only Means purposed and by which such reconciliation can be accomplished is Christ the Word. The Lord Jesus said,
I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.
[Jn 14:6]
To sum up this awesome and incredible act of benevolence toward the children of earth the book of Hebrews notes,
But we see Jesus, Who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor; that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
For it became Him, for Whom are all things, and by Whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the Captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
For both He that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one <united as one unit per Jn 17:9, 17, 22, 23>: for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren,
Saying, I will declare Thy name unto My brethren, in the midst of the Church will I sing praises unto Thee.
And again, I will put My trust in Him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given Me <Jn 6:37-40, 44, 45, 65; 17:9>.
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also Himself likewise took part of the same that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is the devil <Lucifer/Gadreel the archangel of death and war per Eno 69:6>
And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
For verily He took not on Him the nature of angels; but He took on Him the Seed of Abraham.
Wherefore in all things it behooved Him to be made like unto His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
For in that He Himself hath suffered being tempted <tested>, He is able to succour them that are tempted <tested…Mt 26:41>.
[Hb 2:9-18]
Mortal spirits who have been restored to oneness and eternal favor with Yahweh, now worship HIM the way HE desires to be worshipped, which is in spirit and in truth. They are indeed become HIS sons and heirs of abundant life spiritually, supernaturally, and naturally through Christ, The Lord of Righteousness.
