Defining the Lie and Liars

Yahweh is not a liar neither the author of confusion. Moses writes,
God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good?
[Num 23:19]
Apostle Paul writes,
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
[I Cor 14:33]
It is Lucifer who is the author of confusion and father and creator of LIES.
The Lord Jesus said,
He was a murderer from the beginning and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
[Jn 8:44]
Divine truth exposes and destroys the power of lying persuasions. Christ Jesus said,
If you continue in My word, then are you My disciples indeed;
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
If the Son therefore shall Make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
[Jn 8:31, 32, 36]

Apostle Paul writes,
But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
