Lucifer’s Allies Pt 5

Let one recall the words of the Lord Jesus as reviewed earlier in this discourse.
The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single thy whole body shall be full of light.
But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness?
[Mt 6:22, 23]
Apostle Paul continues his thought writing,
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself, against the knowledge of God <or the knowledge that comes from God>, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.
[II Cor 10:5]
Per this scripture, IMAGINATION is computation, reasoning, conscience and conceit. Let one consider the literal meaning of these key words.

4. conceit, which per this scripture is something that is conceived in the mind, thought or idea
Yahweh worshippers are to focus their minds on Yahweh’s directives and let no carnal thought or entity of evil sway them therefrom. Enoch writes,
Woe to them who pervert the words of uprightness,
And transgress the eternal law <Yahweh's directives>,
But in those days <the last generations> blessed are all they who accept the words of wisdom, and understand them,
And observe the paths of the Most High, and walk in the path of His righteousness,
and become not godless with the godless; for they shall be saved.
[Eno 99:4, 5, 26-29; Mt 7:13, 14]
King Solomon writes,
Trust in The Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways <thoughts> acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths <decisions>.
Be not wise in thine own eyes <thine own dual minded mortal nature>: fear <respect> The Lord, and depart from evil <of the darkened mind>.
[Pro 3:5-7]
King David writes,
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of The Lord; and in His law doth he meditate day and night.
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
[Ps 1:1-3]
Apostle John writes,
For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed;
For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

Continuing with Apostle Paul's statement…

HUPSOMA (hoop-so-mah) is that which RISES UP against the knowledge that Yahweh imparts to HIS Elect. Yahweh worshipers must never permit these things to reign within their mind. Yahweh enables and expects them to subject these things to the obedience of Christ the Word, through daily renewal thereby and the Holy Ghost. Apostle Paul writes,
And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
[Rm 12:2; Pro 14:12]
And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
[Eph 4:23]

While there is a mode of science that inspires conception of divine insight, there are many modes of science that are purposed to discourage conception of divine insight. Apostle John offers the remedy of identifying the latter. He writes,
Beloved, believe not every spirit <doctrine>, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is the spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
[I Jn 4:1-3]
The evil IMAGINATION and HIGH THING that exalts itself against divine knowledge, are devises of Lucifer and his allies.
In addition, NOYEMA or EVIL THOUGHTS perfectly describe what Lucifer creates and uses to seduce mortals into conceiving knowledge that is purposed to destroy them, just as he did in Eden. Christ the Word is the only Authority that can spoil or rescue captive minds from Lucifer’s STRONGHOLDS.
The Lord Jesus said,
I am the light of the world: he that followeth Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.
I said therefore unto you, <unbelievers> that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am He <the true Christ>, ye shall die in your sins.
If you continue in My word <doctrine>, then are ye My disciples indeed;
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
[Jn 8:12, 23, 24, 31, 32, 36]
Apostle Paul writes,
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, Who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
[II Cor 4:3]
Let one consider the meaning of several key words in this scripture.
*gospel Gk #, 2098 euaggelion (yoo-ang-ghel-ee-on) it is a good message and Gospel of Jesus Christ
*hid Gk # 2572 kalupto (kal-oop-to) it means to cover up
*lost Gk #622 apollumi (ap-ol-loo-mee) it means to fully destroy, perish and loose
APOLLUMI (ap-ol-loo-mee) describes those who have chosen to reject Yahweh's call back into divine worship, by rejecting Christ the Word, which HE has sent for their salvation.
The Lord Jesus said,
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than the light, because their deeds were evil.
For everyone that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
<Apostle John reiterates> He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
[St Jn 3:19-21, 36]
Continuing with Apostle Paul’s statement…

Per the scripture, Apostle Paul is referring to Lucifer as the GOD of this world.

*believe not Gk #571 apistos (ap-is-tos) it is to be actively disbelieving, without Christian faith, an untrustworthy person and a thing that lacks credit
This refers to all who do not adhere to Jesus Christ and His Doctrine.
