In [Gal 5:18; Rm 8:14-16] Apostle Paul brings attention back to the idea of liberation from the weak and beggarly elements of religiosity, particularly that of Judaism writing,

Per Jesus Christ it is a primary function of the Holy Ghost to impart revelation knowledge unto His brethren concerning Yahweh and Himself as the Christ. [St Jn 1:1-4, 14; 16:13; I Jn 2:18-29; Rev 2:17; 19:10, 13] This divine insight is required to worship Yahweh as HE desires to be worshiped. [St Jn 4:23, 24] It is also required to be an effective witness for Jesus Christ. [Acts 1:8; Lk 4:18, 19; II Cor 4:3; 10:4, 5] Minds who are under the influence of the Holy Ghost are not subject to the dictates of the FLESH nature nor rituals of vain religiosities, including that of Judaism.

WORKS of the FLESH are TOILS that it is subject to sin per the fall of Adam. This TOIL to sin is the curse of the spiritually unregenerated soul or the soul that has lost its spiritual connection and identity with Yahweh. [Gen 2, 3]
The image and likeness originally given to mortals was grossly obscured when it became infected with sin. Only by WALKING in and according to the dictates of the Holy Ghost can one keep themselves from being subject to the dictates of their unredeemable FLESH nature. In [Gal 5:19-21] Apostle Paul expounds upon the WORKS of the FLESH which are inclusive of the following.

Mutual and kind communication that is influenced by the Holy Ghost diffuses demonically invoked VARIANCE. Christians are to avoid VARIANCE, especially when sharing The Testimony of Christ. Argumentative tones are unnecessary when directing souls to Christ with His Gospel. [II Tim 2:24-26]
Revelation of Yahweh’s love and mercy is what inspire souls to godly repentance, as they reverently acknowledge The Gospel of Jesus Christ. [Jer 9:24; 31:3; Rm 10:17]

EMULATION is a spawn of idolatry, which has the undertone of covetousness. Whenever one is JEALOUS of another, it is because they covet something that person has. Ironically, this can happen among Christians who are spiritually immature and unaware of EMULATIONS being instigated by demonic forces in their midst. WRATH, STRIFE and SEDITIONS are also common amongst immature Christians.

Any issue that genuinely interrupts unity amongst Christians must be effectively scrutinized for soundness per the teachings of Jesus Christ.
