Letter of Apostle Paul – Philippians
An Intimate Review

In [Phil 2:1-5] Apostle Paul expounds upon the idea of possessing the MIND of Christ. He admonished the Philippian Christians that if they had any real concern for his personal well-being, they are to express it by possessing the MIND of Christ writing,

Let this MIND be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

Per [Phil 2:5-11, 13] all the above has to do with using one’s MIND, which is their mentality and intellect in the manner Christ used His during His mortal experience. His MIND SET was to fulfill Yahweh’s will, which is to receive, disciple and preserve every soul Yahweh gives Him. [Jn 6:37-40; I Jn 3:22] Every work Christ did was fueled by this desire. In [Phil 2:2-4, 12, 14-16a] Apostle Paul gives SEVEN elements that proves one’s possession of the MIND of Christ.

1. Having the same LOVE. [vs 2]

HUMILITY has much to do with disciplining one’s self to do what must be done to accomplish a desired result. In this discourse, the expected outcome is continued existence and expression of mutual and brotherly LOVE amongst the sons of God. [Jn 13:34, 35] This has to do with doing all one can do to support the well-being of one’s companion. Indeed, companionship is necessary in this life to accomplish the more rewarding quality of life and living. King Solomon writes,

Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labor.
For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
And if one prevails against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
[Eccl 4:9-11]

5. LOOKING not only to their own but also on the belongings of their brothers. [vs 4]

Unregenerate souls have the opportunity to DELIVER themselves out of the devil’s snare by adhering to Yahweh’s principles, namely the Testimony of Christ. [II Tim 2:24-26] Likewise, the Elect are responsible for doing what helps them to maintain their favorable disposition before Yahweh.

There is a certain quality of awe, reverence and respect that one should have in regard to the eternal salvation of their spirit and soul. Per King Solomon, he who adheres to Yahweh’s precepts is the one who truly LOVES his own soul. [Eccl 12:13; Pro 1:7; 8:17-21, 32-36] Jesus Christ teaches that one should FEAR no other as they should Yahweh as only HE is capable of destroying the SOUL and body in hell fire. [Mt 10:28]

7. DOING all things without MURMURING and DISPUTING. [vs 14]

Contrary to popular belief, it has never been an expectation of Christ for His brethren to DEBATE or ARGUE His doctrine with anyone. Witnesses of Christ are instructed to seize evert opportunity to meekly share the Testimony of Christ with those who reverently inquire of it of them. [II Tim 2:24-26]
In fact, Christ teaches them not to impart divine insight to those who do not value or desire it. [Mt 7:6; Rev 21:27; 22:14, 15] In [Phil 2:15, 16a] Apostle Paul gives TWO reasons why the Elect are to continue in these SEVEN ELEMENTS.
1. Because it is Yahweh WHO WORKETH in them to WILL and DO according to HIS GOOD PLEASURE. [vs 13; St Jn 3:21]

Again, the reason why any sin flawed mortal possesses strong desire to WILL and DO Yahweh’s GOOD PLEASURE is because HE WORKS in them to do so. The Lord Jesus said,

But he that doeth TRUTH cometh to the LIGHT, that his DEEDS may be MADE MANIFEST, that THEY {the deeds of the person} are WROUGHT in God.
[St Jn 3:21]

Yahweh is ALL LIGHT and that which brings ILLUMINATON to what ACTUALLY IS. HE is the FATHER of LIGHTS or that which brings ILLUMINATION to what ACTUALLY IS. THE LORD and HIS SPIRITUAL OFFSPRING innately MANIFEST that which is TRUE. [Jam 1:17, 18; I Jn 1:5-10]

This gives credence to the idea that GOOD WORKS or DEEDS performed by the Elect are WROUGHT in, though and by Yahweh. As did Christ, so too does His brethren perform WORKS through the might of their ABBA, FATHER. [Jn 4:34; 5:17, 20, 36; 6:28, 29; 7:3, 7; 8:39; 9:3, 4; 10:25, 32, 37, 38; 14:10, 12; 15:24; 17:4]

2. That they may be BLAMELESS and HARMLESS, the SONS of Yahweh, without REBUKE, in the midst of the CROOKED and PERVERSE nation. They reside in and SHINE as LIGHTS in the WORLD as they HOLD FORTH the WORD OF LIFE. [vs 15, 16a; Mt 5:14-16, 19]

It is THE LORD WHO determines what is CROOKED and STRAIGHT. [Eccl 1:15; 7:13] Per this passage, the CROOKED and PERVERSE nation is the one who forfeits divine worship to engage in satanic worship. [Eccl 12:13; St Jn 4:23, 24; Mt 6:24] Not only do these unfortunate souls willfully trod upon the pathway of death but they admonish others to do so with evil WORKS. [St Jn 3:19-20, 36; II Jn vs 7-11]

Ultimately, it is Christ Who ILLUMINATES the sons of GOD on earth.
