In [Col 2:3-9] Apostle Paul reminds Christians that the treasures of divine wisdom and knowledge are found only in Yahweh and HIS Christ. Likewise, in no other does the fullness of THE HOLY GODHEAD dwell but in Christ. [Jn 14:7-9; II Cor 5:19; I Tim 3:16] Born again believers are to remain submitted to THE DIVINE and resist devils so they might effectively avoid being BEGUILED by their ENTICING WORDS. BEING AWARE of DEVILS helps one to guard their mind against being SPOILED by PHILOSOPHIES and VAIN DECEITS crafted by TRADITIONS of men and RUDIMENTS of systems ruled by Lucifer. [Jn 8:31, 32; Jam 4:7]

The art and science of PERSUASIVE SPEECH was extremely popular during First Century Rome as it is today. The ability to effectively express an idea verbally, in a manner that affects the thought processes of others, can essentially initiate great fame and wealth in this world. This skill was greatly desired in Apostle Paul’s time, as it was necessary to advance, especially in secular pursuits.

It is important to note that religious leaders of Judaism began using man-made traditions, which were inclusive of allegories that blurred the meaning of Yahweh’s WORD. The Lord Jesus expressed His disdain with Hebrew leaders during His pilgrimage on earth. [Mt 15:2, 3, 6] Christ was adamant about speaking with utmost simplicity only what Yahweh told Him to speak. He knew that these words meant eternal life for those who received, understood and obeyed them. [Jn 12:45-50] In [Col 2:10] Apostle Paul admonished born-again believers to remember that they are made complete Christ, Who is the HEAD of all PRINCIPALITY and POWERS. [Mt 28:18]

In [Col 2:11-23] Apostle Paul notes that there were some in his day who taught contrarily to the doctrine of Christ. He cautioned that born-again believers must know, understand and comply to the fact that Yahweh no longer requires certain ceremonial rituals because of the finished work of Christ at Calvary. The Elect must know that they have been raised with Christ into a new life by their FAITH in Yahweh’s OPERATION of raising Christ from the dead.

Those who worship Yahweh are admonished to let no one BEGUILE them of their REWARD by tricking them into WORSHIPING ANGELIC BEINGS as gods. This wickedness was first revealed through Enoch. [Eno One 15; 19].

Those who worship Yahweh are warned to not let themselves to be BEGUILED by messengers of Lucifer disguised as divine oracles. As did Christ, Apostle Paul warns that such imposters INTRUDE into Christian assemblies, not being SEEN by true Christian authority as teachers sent by Yahweh. They are VAINLY PUFFED UP and do not HOLD the strength of Christ within. [Acts 1:8; Eph 6:10; II Cor 12:9]

Born-again believers must not let themselves fall prey to worshiping evil spirits by adhering to doctrines of devils, namely those posing as oracles sent by THE LORD. The most subtle of them have a SHEW OF WISDOM but in WILL-WORSHIP publish worldly rudiments, man-made traditions and religious rituals that are not or are no longer required of Yahweh to obtain salvation through Christ. [Mt 7:15-23; 24:5, 11, 24; II Cor 11:1-3, 13-15; II Jn vs 7-11]
