In [Col 4:3, 4] he admonishes the Elect to offer PRAYER for those who are called to be DOORS of UTTERERANCE who SPEAK the MYSTERY of Christ. [Rm 10:13-17] This specific PRAYER should be that these teachers will successfully make the MYSTERY of Christ MANIFEST by effective SPEAKING, so the faith of their audience will rest in Yahweh and not the wisdom of men. MANIFESTING the MYSTERY or SECRET of Christ was the primary effort of His Original Apostles. They did so by first directing their audience to the ancient scriptures, which CLEARLY SPOKE of and identified Christ. They also knew that only Yahweh could provision the spiritual capacity to understand and obey the holy scriptures. [I Cor 2:4; II Tim 2:24-26; Jn 6;37-40, 44, 45] In [Col 4:5, 6] Apostle Paul admonishes all who receive and understand divine insight to WALK in WISDOM toward them who are WITHOUT it.

The Elect are to REDEEM their TIME and take advantage of every opportunity to SPEAK the WORD OF LIFE to weary souls who reverently inquire of it to them. Their SPEECH is to always be SEASONED with SALT and GRACE, so they might answer these weary souls in a manner that ministers life to them. While they are strategically placed for this purpose, Christian witnesses are never to debate or argue with those who oppose divine truth. When it is time for an Oracle of Yahweh to SPEAK a word of life, there will be an audience in place expecting to HEAR and RECEIVE what they say. In [Col 4:17] there is counsel given to Archippus of Colossi that is applicable to all true Christian witnesses. It is to TAKE HEED to the MINISTRY they have RECEIVED in Christ and FULFILL it.
