In [I Tim 2:1-8] Apostle Paul reiterates that Yahweh has no respect of persons. [Rm 2:7-11] HE makes HIMSELF available to anyone who desires to be reconciled to divine worship. [Eccl 12:13] Thus, Apostle Paul admonishes born-again believers to offer to Yahweh SUPPLICATIONS, PRAYERS and INTERCESSIONS for all people with thanksgiving, lifted and holy hands, without wrath or doubting.

In [I Tim 2:2a] Apostle Paul admonishes these holy communions to be made for KINGS and those who hold seats of AUTHORITY. In [I Tim 2:2b, 3] Apostle Paul teaches that Christians should do this because it helps to LEAD a QUIET and PEACEABLE LIFE in all GODLINESS and HONESTY. This is the QUALITY of LIFE that Yahweh DESIRES and DEMANDS for HIS worshipers.

In HIS GOOD WORK of perfecting born-again believers, Yahweh teaches them to be QUIET in all seasons and circumstances of their life. It is HIS will for them to be preserved in divine PEACE. [II Thes 5:23, 24]
Prophet Isaiah writes,

And all thy children shall be taught of THE LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.
[Isa 54:13]

THOU will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on THEE; because he trusteth in THEE.
Trust ye in THE LORD forever: for in THE LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
[Isa 26:3, 4]

Prophet Jeremiah writes,

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith THE LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
[Jer 29:11]

The Book of Hebrews notes,

There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of GOD.
[Heb 4:9]

The Lord Jesus said,

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid.
[Jn 14:27]

Clearly, the SCHEME of the divine Gospel is to establish a quality of living meant for those who believe and obey it. It is a lifestyle that liberates them from the power and practice of sin. [Lk 4:18, 19; Jn 8:31, 32, 36; I Tim 6:4-10; II Tim 3:16-18; I Jn 2:15-17; Rm 8:5-9]

In [I Tim 2:5, 6] Apostle Paul notes that those who practice effective PRAYER and SUPPLICATION for all people are to do so understanding the following.

• There is only ONE GOD, Yahweh.

• There is only ONE MEDIATOR between Yahweh and mortals, which is Jesus the Christ, Who gave Himself a RANSOM for all and was TESTIFIED in DUE time.

The Lord Jesus said,

I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man cometh unto the FATHER but by Me.
[Jn 14:6]

Apostle Paul writes,

But when the fulness of the time was come, GOD sent forth HIS Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
[Gal 4:4]

This coincides with Yahweh’s word through Moses, who wrote,

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; It shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise His heel.
[Gen 3:15]
