It is not clear who wrote this epistle. While it may have been hand written by
Timothy, many theologians believe it was authored by Apostle Paul and addressed to believers of Hebrew descent. The author begins the letter by expounding upon HOW Yahweh has communicated HIS directives to the children of earth writing,
GOD, WHO at SUNDRY TIMES and in DIVERS MANNERS SPAKE in TIME PAST unto THE FATHERS by THE PROPHETS,
Hath in these last days spoken unto us by HIS Son, Whom HE hath appointed heir of all things, by Whom also HE made the worlds;

SUNDRY TIMES or POLUMEROS (pol-oo-mer-oce) describes HOW one performs an action. Per this discourse, it describes HOW Yahweh communicated HIS directives to the children of earth since the 7TH generation from Adam beginning with Enoch. [Gen 5:18-24; Eno 37] Per the Parables of Enoch, Yahweh created mortals with the innate ability to understand and communicate what HE has SPOKEN concerning them. [Eno 14:1-3a] Thus whenever a mortal encounters divine word, they can reject it but cannot deny the authenticity and origin thereof. [Pro 24:12; St Jn 3:19; Rm 1:18-20] THE LORD commanded HIS directives to be written, taught and distributed to all children of earth in their native languages, throughout all generations. Apostle Peter reiterates that Yahweh’s Word has no private interpretation. [II Pet 1:20, 21] This means that no one has an exclusive right as to its meaning. Proper understanding thereof is available to anyone who reverently seeks it through effectual study and prayer. Evil spirits were also permitted to devise books that would promogulate vain religiosities and obscure the meaning of divine words. They do so with outright lies and erroneous interpretations as did Lucifer in Eden. [Gen 3:1-6]
The Divinity of Christ
In [Heb 1:2b-4] the Scribe expounds upon the divinity of Christ, indicating that He was APPOINTED HEIR of all things.

Christ is also the EXPRESS IMAGE of Yahweh’s PERSON.

This is what Christ Jesus is of Yahweh’s PERSON. No other is this. [Jn 14:8-11] By conforming HIS Elect to the image of Christ, THE LORD is actually conforming them to HIS image and likeness AGAIN, as HE did initially in Eden. [Gen 1-3; Rm 8:29] Yahweh gave Christ the authority to begin UPHOLDING all things by the WORD of His POWER, when He PURGED the sins of all mortals, then sat down on the RIGHT HAND of THE MAJESTY on high.

The Scribe notes that Christ was MADE better than the ANGELS, when He by INHERITANCE OBTAINED a more excellent NAME than they.

This indicates that Christ was at one time lesser in rank than He was prior to being elevated by Yahweh upon completing His mission on earth.

In [Heb 1:5, 6; Jn 8: 23, 24, 54] the Scribe clarifies that Christ was PROMOTED to the position of SON, which is above that of an angelic servant. It is written,
For unto which of the ANGELS said HE at any time, Thou art MY SON, this day have I BEGOTTEN thee? And again, I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to ME a SON? And again, when HE bringeth in the FIRSTBEGOTTEN into the world, HE saith, And let all the ANGELS of GOD WORSHIP Him.
