In [Heb 1:7, 13, 14] ANGELS or children of heaven are addressed. The scribe writes,

While many matters should never go un-regarded there are those that should be kept in highest regard. The most important matter for mortals is what Yahweh has already SPOKEN about Jesus Christ through HIS scribes and prophets, from Enoch to Jesus Christ and His Original Apostles. [Pro 24:12; II Jn vs 7-11] Per His Parable of the Sower, Christ taught about those who prioritize the cares of mortal life above Yahweh’s Word, namely that concerning Him. Thus, allowing it to SLIP away is to their ultimate demise. [Mt 13:8, 23; Mk 4:1; Lk 8:4] In [Heb 2:2, 3] the scribe writes,
For if the WORD SPOKEN by ANGELS was STEDFAST, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward; How shall we escape, if we NEGLECT so great a SALVATION; which at the first began to be SPOKEN by THE LORD, and was CONFIRMED unto us by them that heard HIM;

Yahweh is not and has never been a liar. What HE said HE will do, HE will do. [Num 23:19; Heb 6:18] True ANGELS or MESSENGERS of GOD HEAR and do their best to CONFIRM what HE has SPOKEN. [Isa 54:13; Dan 12:3, 10; Isa 50:4] In [Heb 2:4] the Scribe asks how any will escape THE LORD if they NEGLECT HIS established SALVATION or ROOT after HEARING HIS WORD. [Heb 1:1, 2; Rm 10:10-18; Jn 12:45-50; Acts 4:10-12, 24-31] The scribe writes,
God also bearing them witness, both with SIGNS and WONDERS, and with DIVERS MIRACLES, and GIFTS of the Holy Ghost, according to His Own will.

In [Heb 2:5-9] it is noted that Christ the Word was appointed to experience mortality. For Him, this was an extremely humbling experience. However, it was necessary for Him to become the Propitiation for the children of earth. [St Jn 1:1, 14; I Jn 5:7; Rev 19:13; Isa 55:11; Gen 3:15; Gal 4:1-7; Mt 1:23] The scribe writes,

At a glance, it would appear that Yahweh MADE Christ perfect through the things He SUFFERED. However, it was Christ Who MADE Himself PERFECT by submitting to the things He SUFFERED on behalf of all mortals. This idea is key, as it reveals HOW born-again believers are empowered to make themselves PERFECT by submitting to whatever SUFFERING that is necessary to become what Yahweh wants them to be, as did Christ. [I Pet 4:17-19; 5:10] Christ foretold that His brethren will experience some degree of SUFFERING on a daily basis. [Mt 6:34; Jn 16:33; Jam 1:2-4; 4:7; Gal 5:22, 23; I Cor 10:13; I Pet 4:19] Born-again believers are the only people on earth who can destroy the influence of satanic forces. Because of this, they are enemies to the dark powers that temporarily govern the world. Although the Gates of Hell will rise against them, they will not prevail against them. [Mt 16:18; Jn 10:10] As was Christ, so are they in this world. [Mt 5:14-16, 19; 28:18-20; Jn 14:12; I Jn 4:17] Thus, they are admonished to always look to Him as the example of what they are to be and do. [Heb 12:1-3]
