In regard to WISDOM Apostle James writes,
If any of you LACK WISDOM, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men LIBERALLY, and UPBRAIDETH not; and it shall be given him.

Apostle James expresses why THE LORD does not impart WISDOM to those who WAVER in their FAITH toward HIM writing,
For he that WAVERETH is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man THINK that he shall receive any thing of THE LORD. A DOUBLEMINDED man is UNSTABLE in all his WAYS.

The unfortunate state of most RICH people in this world is that they lack FAITH in THE LORD because it is their temporal riches. Those who put their trust in RICHES instead of Yahweh will perish as do all temporal things. [Exo 20:3; Jer 9:23, 24; Mt 6:24; 31, 32; 16:26; 19:16-29; Lk 2:13-21; I Tim 6:6-10, 17-19; I Jn 2:15-17] In [Jam 1:16] Apostle James instructs the Elect to not ERR concerning the origin of GOOD GIFTS.

Apostle James writes,

GOOD is how Yahweh created all things. This has been understood by children of heaven and earth from the beginning. Every element of creation pleases Yahweh when they are and function according to their purpose.
[Gen 1:31; Ps 139:14; Rev 4:11; Eno 37:1-5] Yahweh is the FATHER of all that brings clarity. Thus, it is fitting for Apostle James to express HIS spiritual offspring as LIGHTS who radiantly shine forth divine insight through their character, conduct, speech and deeds. [Mt 5:14-16, 19]
