Perfectly Perfect
Pt 10 – The Great Day of Deliverance
By Lawrence DeMetrius

Upon exiting my Wilderness Experience, I disposed of the cursed items I managed to accumulate during that time. I was no longer addicted to the mirages of a fantasy world and embraced the idea of enjoying the benefits of affection and intimacy in a relationship that was fitting for me per Yahweh’s Will. Of such healthy relationships King Solomon writes,

Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labor.
For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
And if one prevails against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
[Eccl 4:9-11]

Yahweh did not condemn me for falling out of righteous character during my Wilderness Experience. Instead, HE expressed HIS mercy and grace towards me, and helped me to understand why I reacted in such ways. As my ABBA, FATHER HE explained the Wilderness Experience to me and the purpose thereof. All sons of God are appointed this season for the purpose of better knowing themselves, the authority they have over evil when they remain obedient to Yahweh’s commands, and most of all HIS faithfulness to them even in their weakest hour. As in Christ’s Own Wilderness Experience, when mine ended the devil that challenged me was rebuked and expelled. Although evil entities do return with more challenges from time to time, I was never again subject to the degree of testing appointed to me during my Wilderness Experience. I learned that although evil is set to continually challenge me, it truly cannot defeat me when I quench their fiery darts with the shield of faith given me from THE LORD.

THE LORD Yahweh said through Prophet Isaiah,

Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness <Christ the Word> is of ME, saith the LORD.
[Isa 54:16, 17]

King Solomon writes,

THE LORD hath made ALL things for HIMSELF: yea, even THE WICKED for THE DAY OF EVIL.
[Pro 16:4]

The Lord Jesus said,
Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
[Mt 6:34]

In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
[Jn 16:33]

Apostle Paul writes,

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, WHO will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
[I Cor 10:13]

Apostle James writes,

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
[Jam 4:7]
Again, Apostle Paul writes,

Above all taking THE SHIELD OF FAITH, wherewith YE shall be able to quench ALL the fiery darts of the wicked.
[Eph 6:16]

I do not know if your experience is, was, or will be as dramatic as mine. But I do know that all born-again believers encounter their own Wilderness Experience and why. Apostle James writes,

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire <mature in spirit>, wanting <lacking> nothing <that Yahweh expects of you>.
[Jam 1:2-4]

In order to reach the level of spiritual maturity Yahweh desires one to attain, their faith must be tried. In addition, this testing develops the patience required to secure one’s eternal salvation.

The Lord Jesus said,
In your patience possess ye your souls.
[Lk 21:19]

Because thou hast kept the word of My patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
[Rev 3:10]

Apostle James writes,

Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love HIM.
[Jam 1:12]

Apostle Paul writes,

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to HIS purpose.
[Rm 8:28]

Apostle Peter writes,

But the God of all grace, WHO hath called us unto HIS eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
[I Pet 5:10]

THE LORD Yahweh said per Prophet Jeremiah,

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
[Jer 29:11]

If you are a mature born-again believer, then you are well aware of the Wilderness Experience and the necessity thereof for the development of one’s spiritual discernment and clarity concerning their identity and value as sons of God. You may be a born-again believer who is just coming out of your Wilderness Experience and need a little reassurance. Yes! It is you in that video. Yes! You did indeed fall out of righteous character. But, never forget the sincere request you made to THE LORD before entering your divinely appointed season of the Wilderness Experience. No, you did not anticipate the extremes endured but give glory to God for where you are now because of this season. Be thankful to THE LORD for the increased revelation you now possess. From this day forward be grateful to and honor Yahweh for the lengths HE will go so you can better recognize HIS unconditional love towards you and the effective ways in which you can realistically deal with yourself. Although all teachers gifted to the Body of Christ are to be given due respect, none of them can teach us everything we need to know, understand and embrace about ourselves. Yahweh has obligated HIMSELF to imparting unto each of HIS children the insight HE desires them to have through Christ Jesus and the Holy Ghost.

The Lord Jesus said,

It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto Me.
[Jn 6:45]

I have not spoken of Myself; but the FATHER which sent Me, HE gave Me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
And I know that HIS commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the FATHER said unto Me, so I speak.
[Jn 12:49, 50]

Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me…
[Mt 11:29a]

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, Whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
[Jn 14:26]

Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will shew you things to come.
He shall glorify Me <Christ the Word>: for He shall receive of Mine, and shall shew it unto you.
[Jn 16:13, 14]

Apostle John writes,

But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.
But the anointing which ye have received of HIM abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.
[I Jn 2:20, 27]

THE LORD Yahweh promised,

This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, I will put MY laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them…
[Heb 10:16]

The 77 Lessons of Life
The 77 Lessons of Life section of this work derives from insight gained during my Wilderness Experience. I hope you find comfort and direction therein for your journey. As do all who teach by divine inspiration, I urge you to prayerfully consider each of The 77 Lessons of Life with diligent scriptural study applying hermeneutic application, namely lexical-syntactical analysis with guidance from the Holy Ghost. The sons of God remain victorious over satanic powers through Yahweh’s grace and faith filled obedience to HIS Word.
