The Strong Man and His House

Yahweh worshippers are to be renewed in the spirit of their mind. Apostle Paul writes,
And be renewed in the spirit of your mind.
[Eph 4:23]
By this, he refers to two distinct elements, one being the mortal mind or intellect and the other being the spirit or belief system that influences that mind or intellect. Personal perception moves one to think and act as they do. Before change or repentance can take place in one's mind, the spirit that influences their mind must be addressed by a spirit of greater authority and influence. Jesus Christ gives a scenario of this in His dialogue with unbelieving Pharisees, who accused Him of casting out evil spirits by the power of an evil spirit. He said,
…how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? And then he will spoil his house.

Jesus Christ said,

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.

The Spirit of The Lord is upon Me, because He hath anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
To preach the acceptable year of The Lord.

I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.

The Lord Jesus clarified in His dialogue with unbelieving Pharisees, that evil entities, i.e., STRONG MEN can only be cast out of the houses i.e., MORTAL MINDS, they occupy i.e., INFLUENCE and/or POSSESS, by divine authority, which is Christ the Word and the Holy Ghost. Apostle Matthew writes,
Then was brought unto Him <Christ> one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and He healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.
And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?
But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.
And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:
And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?
And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore, they shall be your judges.
But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.
[Mt 12:22-29]
Apostle Paul admonishes Yahweh worshippers to maintain their personal deliverance from satanic powers, by avoiding those under their influence, and who seek to SPOIL them from the HOUSEHOLD of divine faith. He clarifies that it is with false teachings that anti-Christ teachers attempt to seduce Yahweh worshippers from divine iconoclasm. He writes,
As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in Him.
Rooted and built up in Him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Let one consider the literal meaning of the word SPOIL per Apostle Paul's statement.

SULAGOGEO (soo-lag-ogue-eh-o) is what satanic powers are divinely set to do in spiritual warfare against Christ and His brethren. It is a warfare that was initiated by Yahweh in Eden. Yahweh declared through Moses,
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her Seed; It shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise His heel.
[Gen 3:15]
Apostle Paul expounds upon Christ being the Seed of a woman, who was manifested in due time, to bring victory to all who are predestined to become sons of God. He writes,
But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
And because you are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying Abba, Father.
[Gal 4:4-6]
In regard to the creation of the waster, Yahweh declared through
Prophet Isaiah,
Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the WASTER to destroy.
[Isa 54:16]
Concerning His Own purpose and that of satanic powers the Lord Jesus said,
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill and to destroy: I am come that they <His sheep> might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
[Jn 10: 10]
In regard to those under satanic influence, who seek to spoil spiritually renewed souls back into darkness, Christ Jesus said,
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs, and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
[Mt 24:24]
Apostle Paul writes,
But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, So your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which you have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Therefore, it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
[II Cor 11:3, 4, 13-15]
Apostle John writes,
For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed;
For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
[II Jn vs 7-11]
As they are endowed with divine power, Yahweh worshippers as divine iconoclasts must remain well equipped with accurate knowledge and understanding of divinely inspired words, given by Yahweh through HIS scribes, prophets and teachers, from Enoch to Jesus Christ and His Original Apostles. Reverent acknowledgement of Yahweh’s Word is the first step toward deliverance from satanic influence. However, accurate understanding and faith-filled obedience thereto, are what make and keep the mind free from the influence of lying persuasions. The Lord Jesus said,
If you continue in My word, then are ye My disciples indeed;
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
[Jn 8:31, 32, 36]
Apostle Paul writes,
Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
[II Tim 2:15]
In regard to the literal meaning and interpretation of the Holy Scriptures, Apostle Peter writes,
Knowing this first <or chiefly>, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
[II Pet 1:20]
